You won’t find noxious fumes here (sayonara acrylic nails!) or products that contain known carcinogens, toxins or hormone disruptors. Everyone wins when things are safer. Plus, with hospital grade sanitation practices, we provide the safest environment for you to relax and feel truly pampered.

When a technician isn’t careful, your nails can feel like they are under attack. That’s why we’ve said, “buy bye” to over- nipping, -buffing, -trimming and harsh, nail splitting filing. Our goal is to leave you looking and feeling your best.

WATERLESS SERVICES

Skipping the traditional hand/foot water soak is not only better for the duration of your manicure, but also reduces the risk of infection and helps out the environment. Did you know a traditional pedicure uses about 10 to 15 gallons of water per service? By eliminating the water soak, our single studio will save thousands of gallons of water per year.

    The essentials without the polish: includes nail shaping, detailed cuticle care, warm towel cleanse and moisturizing massage. Finished with a buff and shine or nail strengthener.

    THE MEN’S MANI $50

    Thorough cleanup without the polish. Includes nail shaping, cuticle care, an organic whipped body polish, and massage. Nails are buffed to a natural shine if desired.

    THE CLASSIC MANI $65

    The basics, elevated. This service includes nail shaping, detailed cuticle care, a warm towel cleanse, and lotion. Finished with your choice of Dazzle Dry or gel polish.

    THE HAVEN MANI $75

    Our signature service. Includes nail shaping, detailed cuticle care, warm towel cleanse, whipped body polish, and massage. Finished with your choice of Dazzle Dry or gel polish.

    THE EXTRA MANI $90

    Feeling extra? This service includes 3 rounds of warm towels - plus nail shaping, detailed cuticle care, whipped body polish, a moisturizing hand mask, and double the massage.

FIRST THINGS FIRST!

Need to get rid of existing gel on your hands or feet before your service?

Please add a Gel Removal to your appointment so we can safely and gently remove your existing gel polish. Please add a second Gel Removal service if you need both hands and feet. If a removal is not prebooked, we may be unable to complete your full service.

DISCLAIMER: We do not remove any artificial nails, overlays, or enhancements - including (but not limited to) acrylic, polygel, builder gel, Gel-X, dip powder, etc. If we determine that what is on your nails is one of the latter, we may need to reschedule your appointment or refer you to another salon for proper removal. Unsure on how to proceed? Just give us a call!

Cancellation Policy

At Haven, we have a cancellation policy in place to accommodate the high demand for appointments, align with our mission to provide fair and competitive wages for our team of talented nail artists, and keep our business up and running.

A cancellation within 12 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the service price. This payment can be applied to future services and is valid for 3 months past your original appointment date. 

A cancellation within 2 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the service price, in addition to an 18% gratuity for the nail artist. This payment will not be applied to future services.

A no-show will be charged 100% of the service price, in addition to an 18% gratuity for the nail artist. This payment will not be applied to future services. Any client that no-shows more than once will no longer be able to book appointments with us.

Running late? Just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we are only able to hold appointments for 15 minutes past the originally scheduled appointment time.

return policy

Haven Nail Studio accepts returns of eligible items within 7 days. All gift cards and electronic gift certificates are non-refundable.

For a product to be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Once your product is received, the purchase price will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that any items purchased at a discount will be refunded at the discounted price.
